The short version: we collect your email when you join the waitlist. We use it only to contact you about Hoard. We never sell it. That's it.
Hoard is a minimalist digital gallery for collectors, currently in pre-launch. It is operated by Rui Durão, based in Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach us at support@hoard-app.com.
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we collect at this stage. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data unless you provide it voluntarily by emailing us.
We collect your email address solely to notify you when Hoard launches and to send you occasional updates about the product. We will not send you unrelated marketing or share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and processing your email address is your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
Your email address is stored and managed by Loops, a third-party email platform. Loops acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. You can review their privacy practices at loops.so/privacy.
We keep your email address for as long as you are on our waitlist or until you ask us to remove it. If Hoard does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Portugal, this is the CNPD).
To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at support@hoard-app.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies at this stage.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. As our product evolves, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data practices.
